I watched your video and it made me cry. my daughter, natalie was born a 31 weeks. she too had ROP, but but only the very begining stages. she had a PDA li9gation at 7 days old. she also used a vent for a while and had surfactant several times. luckley the worst it got was her having auditory neuropathy in 1 ear and needing 3 surgeries in her first 9 months of life. it is sad when you consider having 3 surgeries in 9 months not that bad. but considering what could have happen - it really isnt that bad. Natalie was a triplet. the other 2at the end of the first trimester. had they not taken nattie out when they did we would have lost her too.
Ok, I'm a little behind, because I just saw the video now, but tears in my eyes. I'm so happy she has progressed so much! Will never forget the day they were born ... was in Michigan, but still ... love you all! Lauren
This video is beautiful i saw your link on little diamonds my son was born at 26wk. and also had ivh but his was gradeII he is now three off his g tube and thriving with only slight delays. I am doing what I can also to help raise money for march of dimes and spread the word about this wonderful cause
